- 011. Only vegetarian food is permitted on the premises. Non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited.
- 022. Meals are served only in the dining hall. Kitchen utensils must not be taken outside the dining area (₹200 fine for violations).
- 033. Residents are not allowed to enter the kitchen or instruct kitchen staff. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Warden or Mess Manager.
- 044. Meal timings are from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. No meals will be served outside these hours.
- 055. Four vegetarian meals are provided daily, except dinner on Sundays and major holidays (as decided by management).
- 066. Residents must be neatly dressed while dining.
- 077. Ragging, smoking, alcohol consumption, chewing tobacco, or use of any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action or immediate eviction.
- 088. Misbehavior, abuse, or indiscipline with co-residents or management will result in strict action.
- 099. Residents must maintain silence, decorum, and a respectful environment at all times.
- 1010. Illegal, immoral, unsocial, or commercial activities are not permitted on the premises.
- 1111. Visitors (including parents) are not allowed inside residents’ rooms.
- 1212. All visitors must register their details at the security desk and sign the visitor register.
- 1313. Failure to register visitors will be treated as trespassing.
- 1414. Temporary accommodation for parents/guardians may be provided with prior permission and subject to availability and charges.
- 1515. Residents must collect a gate pass while leaving the premises.
- 1616. The main gate remains closed between 10:30 PM and 6:00 AM. Late entries will be recorded and may be shared with parents/guardians.
- 1717. Residents staying overnight outside must inform the management in advance.
- 1818. Rooms and toilets must be kept clean and tidy. No posters or pictures are allowed on walls.
- 1919. Room inspections may be conducted by authorized staff at any time.
- 2020. Room/bed allotment in shared rooms can be changed at management’s discretion.
- 2121. Room exchanges require written approval from management.
- 2222. Subletting of rooms is strictly prohibited.
- 2323. Residents are responsible for all provided assets. Damage or misuse will be charged.
- 2424. Monthly rent must be paid by the 15th of each month. A fine of ₹100 per day will apply for late payment.
- 2525. Bed allotment is for the academic year. Early exit before lock-in period requires payment of remaining rent.
- 2626. Security deposit will be adjusted against dues, if any.
- 2727. Cash deposits into management bank accounts are not permitted.
- 2828. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- 2929. Illness must be reported immediately to the Warden. Medical expenses are the resident’s responsibility.
- 3030. Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Residents must take care of their valuables.
- 3131. Management is not liable for incidents occurring outside the premises.
- 3232. All complaints must be submitted in writing in the register maintained with the Warden or Security. Verbal complaints will not be entertained.
- 3333. Authorized personnel have the right to inspect rooms at any time.
- 3434. Management’s decision in all disciplinary matters will be final.
- 3535. Rules may be revised by management at any time without prior notice.
- 3636. These rules are governed by the laws of India, and all disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
