  1. 011. Only vegetarian food is permitted on the premises. Non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited.
  2. 022. Meals are served only in the dining hall. Kitchen utensils must not be taken outside the dining area (₹200 fine for violations).
  3. 033. Residents are not allowed to enter the kitchen or instruct kitchen staff. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Warden or Mess Manager.
  4. 044. Meal timings are from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. No meals will be served outside these hours.
  5. 055. Four vegetarian meals are provided daily, except dinner on Sundays and major holidays (as decided by management).
  6. 066. Residents must be neatly dressed while dining.
  7. 077. Ragging, smoking, alcohol consumption, chewing tobacco, or use of any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action or immediate eviction.
  8. 088. Misbehavior, abuse, or indiscipline with co-residents or management will result in strict action.
  9. 099. Residents must maintain silence, decorum, and a respectful environment at all times.
  10. 1010. Illegal, immoral, unsocial, or commercial activities are not permitted on the premises.
  11. 1111. Visitors (including parents) are not allowed inside residents’ rooms.
  12. 1212. All visitors must register their details at the security desk and sign the visitor register.
  13. 1313. Failure to register visitors will be treated as trespassing.
  14. 1414. Temporary accommodation for parents/guardians may be provided with prior permission and subject to availability and charges.
  15. 1515. Residents must collect a gate pass while leaving the premises.
  16. 1616. The main gate remains closed between 10:30 PM and 6:00 AM. Late entries will be recorded and may be shared with parents/guardians.
  17. 1717. Residents staying overnight outside must inform the management in advance.
  18. 1818. Rooms and toilets must be kept clean and tidy. No posters or pictures are allowed on walls.
  19. 1919. Room inspections may be conducted by authorized staff at any time.
  20. 2020. Room/bed allotment in shared rooms can be changed at management’s discretion.
  21. 2121. Room exchanges require written approval from management.
  22. 2222. Subletting of rooms is strictly prohibited.
  23. 2323. Residents are responsible for all provided assets. Damage or misuse will be charged.
  24. 2424. Monthly rent must be paid by the 15th of each month. A fine of ₹100 per day will apply for late payment.
  25. 2525. Bed allotment is for the academic year. Early exit before lock-in period requires payment of remaining rent.
  26. 2626. Security deposit will be adjusted against dues, if any.
  27. 2727. Cash deposits into management bank accounts are not permitted.
  28. 2828. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
  29. 2929. Illness must be reported immediately to the Warden. Medical expenses are the resident’s responsibility.
  30. 3030. Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Residents must take care of their valuables.
  31. 3131. Management is not liable for incidents occurring outside the premises.
  32. 3232. All complaints must be submitted in writing in the register maintained with the Warden or Security. Verbal complaints will not be entertained.
  33. 3333. Authorized personnel have the right to inspect rooms at any time.
  34. 3434. Management’s decision in all disciplinary matters will be final.
  35. 3535. Rules may be revised by management at any time without prior notice.
  36. 3636. These rules are governed by the laws of India, and all disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
