- 02Agreement & Compliance
- 03All guests must follow the signed Terms & Conditions and PG policies at all times.
- 04Notice Period
- 05A mandatory 30-day notice is required before vacating. Notice must be submitted only through the RentOK Smart Tenant App.
- 06Rent Payment
- 07Rent must be paid on or before the due date. Late fees apply after 3 days. Non-payment beyond the 5th day may lead to cancellation of stay.
- 08Gate Timings
- 09Main gate will be locked from 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM. Guests must return before 10:30 PM.
- 10Visitors Policy
- 11Visitors are not allowed inside the PG premises.
